What we expect:- Responsible for the running of our Michelin Starred restaurant and bar, stock control, team training, guests and team satisfaction whilst also possessing experienced hospitality business acumen.
- The role works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, departmental heads and head office to ensure professional service and consistency throughout the team is achieved, internal communications and forward planning.
- The Ideal candidate will hold a minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality and will either be in a similar role or an assistant looking for their first management position.
