- 2AA Rosette luxury 4 star hotel with spectacular views down Lake Windemere. The food focus is contemporary British, a little bit retro and excellent quality.
What we expect:- Will have previous administration or reception experience ideally in a Hotel environment and an enthusiastic knowledge of tourism in the Lake District. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to talk to anyone! They will have a high standard of presentation personally and attention to the presentation of their surroundings to ensure that guests have the best experience at all times. This is a customer facing role and is often the first and the last impression guests make of our Hotel. It can be fast moving at times, especially at check-in/check-out times where the need to prioritise guest requirements is imperative and will therefore require a well organised approach to work.
