What we expect- Oversee the operation of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- As Restaurant Manager, you will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of operations within your department. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.
- The successful candidate will have the following attributes: a passion for the hospitality industry, be able to lead and motivate the restaurant brigade, 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar environment, with experience of working with large numbers and attention to detail for standards of service and able to coach and manage younger members of the team.
