- Chef de Partie In one of the best known local pubs using the best suppliers in the Southwest. Pushing for 2AA Rosettes and beyond!
What we expect
- The ideal candidate would have experience in a kitchen which produces fresh food and have a good understanding of working in a fast-moving team.
- Knowledge in preparation of fresh food, maintaining high cleaning standards and cooking on both induction and gas would be preferred.
- The role would involve cooking in different sections within the kitchen and working as a team to complete the prep list
- Christmas bonus
- After 6 months service - Meal for two in the pub
- After 1 year service – Night’s stay in the pub and meal for two
- After 2 year service - meal for two in a Michelin star restaurant (or agreed place of choice).

- Shift Details: 5 Days on, 2 days off.
- Live-In: Yes, Staff accommodation is available, we have a two-bedroom cottage next door to the pub which benefits from being in a beautiful rural setting with it’s own garden. The house is available for £50 per week with all bills included.
