Role and Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie in this busy hotel. you will report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and cater for hotel residents as well as a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions.
This company believes in developing its teams so you will be treated as a professional whilst gaining some great experience in an establishment with a great reputation for food and beverage excellence.
Candidate Requirements
Have a least 1 years’ experience in a Senior CDP or Sous Chef role at multi-sites or in a busy quality kitchen environment.
Be available to work 48 hours per week on a split shift rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and during busy holiday periods.
Have own transport as public transport links are limited.
