An award winning contemporary boutique hotel with 18 rooms, located in the heart of the Cotswolds surrounded by beautiful countryside, just a short drive from Chipping Campden, Bibury, Broadway, Stratford-upon-Avon and many other popular Cotswolds tourist hotspots!
The 1AA Rosette restaurant offers the highest quality cuisine, with daily deliveries of locally grown, seasonal vegetables, fresh Cornish fish and the highest quality meat and game from local suppliers.
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Chef de Partie to join this close-knit team of 3, to become an integral member of the team working collectively to drive the business forward towards acheiving 2AA Rosettes next year!
As Chef de Partie, you will have the full support of the Head Chef to learn, progress and develop in a warm and friendly environment and your hard work is sure to be recognised and rewarded...
The company will offer a salary review at both the 6 month and 12 month mark, allowing you to achieve an ongoing pay increase as you settle in and become an integral part of the business moving forward!
The shifts will be a mixture of splits and straights (some early, some lates) with 2 days off per week.
Working closely with a highly experienced Head Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Chef de Partie to come on board and grow within a small, private hotel group where progression and career development is highly achievable.
The Ideal Candidate
A background working with good fresh food is ideal, if you have worked at 1AA Rosette level or above previously, this would be a bonus, however this is not vital.
More importantly, we are looking for an ambitious and passionate Chef with the desire to learn and become part of a great team, in a growing business where the focus is on refining the food and improving constantly.

Live-In accommodation is available at just £45 per week with meals on duty provided. The staff accommodation is a well-kept 3-bedroom flat just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the property.
There are hourly buses running to Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford is reachable by train via Moreton-in-Marsh and Kingham.
