Description
Previously a farm that has been converted into a stylish boutique hotel with touches of laid-back luxury, there are 20 rooms, cottages, suites and a 2AA Rosette restaurant.

What we expect: 
Contracted Hours: 45
Shift Details: Tues / Weds off, Split / Straight shifts, One breakfast shift per week
Live-In: Yes
Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef
Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Assist in menu planning
Oversee junior members of the team
