What we expect:
• Briefing the team at the start of the shift to ensure everyone is in the knowledge of what to expect and what is expected for the evening
• Ensure service standards are being adhered to and that the sequence of service is being followed
• Ensure all guest feedback is appropriately dealt with in a timely manner
• Closedowns of the restaurant and cash up
• Opening of the restaurant ensuring it’s ready for service
• Liasing with Chef, ensuring the menu is correct and sufficient amount is printed before service starts
• Training of team members and feeding back on team members performance to the GM
