Details
You’ll share our values and demonstrate them through your behaviours and decision making as well as being an ambassador for the business You’ll be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational running of the kitchen, managing and leading the team and ensuring excellent service to guests when the head Chef is off.

A 24-bedroom independent hotel is seeking a Strong Sous Chef to join our team in the kitchen. The hotel has a 45/65 cover restaurant which offers 'a la carte’ dining and a lounge bar which offers a separate menu. If you're an accomplished Sous Chef who understands the fresh food restaurant business, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
