What we expect- Assisting the Restaurant manager with all aspects of the running of the Dining room on a day-to-day basis.
- Undertaking a key responsibility or front of House operations.
- Ensuring everything required is prepared and ready for service.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bar and restaurant and all associated areas.
- Ensuring guests receive the 5-star experience they are expecting.
- Participating in required wine/food training.
- Assisting with weddings, functions and conferences.
- Supervising and training junior staff to a high standard and encouraging career development.
- Cashing up.
- Assisting with orders/stock level management.
