What we expect- You will be ultimately responsible for all housekeeping duties for the Hall public areas, Suites, Boathouse, hot tubs & areas of external accommodation, and guest accommodation.
- You will liaise with Reception, Restaurant, Kitchen and Management to ensure that the Hall, Suites and Boathouse guests have their needs catered for.
- You will check the Arrivals and Departures List (A&D) for specific guest requirements such as: flowers; champagne; feather pillows; etc, ensuring these are delivered.
- Anticipate guests’ needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Your department staffing requirements will be resourced from the pool of
- Housekeeping Assistants, these resources will be distributed according to business demand to ensure that all areas are able to meet the deadlines for check in.
- You will create a warm and friendly environment so that guests can enjoy the high standard of personal service for which were renowned.
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the Hotel and where possible pass this information onto the guests whenever the opportunity arises.
- Ensure all stock levels (linen, amenities & cleaning products) are maintained and ordered when required.
