- Checking food cost on invoices and handling deliveries
- Inspecting your service fridge
- Maintaining health and safety standards for section
- Maintaining food hygiene standards for section
- Being able to prepare staff food on time
- Always on time and presentable when at work
- Manage commis chef on their section
