- Take on the Kitchen in Country pub pushing for 2AA Rosette and Michelin Bib Gourmand – 4 day working week - Exceptional salary and bonus package for the area. Family run venue with a great amount to offer the right person.
What you receive
- Approx. £6000 tronc
- Bonus for GP/ turnover - Approx. £8k per annum

What we expect- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a similar standard
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards
- Develop and design new menu items
- Manage food inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
- Ideally skilled with butchery but this can be taught
- Owners manage lots of the paperwork which allows further kitchen focus
- Ever changing seasonal menus

- 4 full day week - Wed - Sat - Some flexibility where needed
- Short term help with relocation - Self contained on site - Single room with bathroom but no kitchen facilities
