What we expect- Proven experience as a 2AA Rosette Sous Chef or similar role in a similar standard
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards
- Assist with new menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces.
- Maintain food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
- Ever changing seasonal menus
