We are home to the only Michelin-starred 3AA Rosette Restaurant in Bath, so before you ascend the stairs of an evening for your restful slumber, our Executive Head Chef will ensure the most impeccable dining experience in a relaxed setting, proudly showcasing the absolute best of the local provenance.
Looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to work on our pastry. The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world class dining experience
What we expect:
Previous CDP / Pastry experience
Robust communication skills
A creative approach to work with exceptional attention to detail
Confidence in serving guests to help create an unforgettable experience
Experience in overseeing health and safety compliances
A calm and professional work ethic
Minimum 2 rosette level experience is preferred
