This spectacular venue is very much a family-friendly establishment with a wide range of facilities on offer.
The property has been reworked in smart contemporary style with a 2AA Rosette awarded restaurant providing breathtaking coastal views.
The focus is on inventive modern cooking using only the finest locally sourced ingredients from local suppliers.
The origin and quality of produce is of utmost importance and the team ensure that the finest ingredients are used, they also grow herbs in the kitchen garden and forage for local ingredients.
Role and Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for prep work going into service, running the section and you will be working in an environment where you can have input into the menus.
In this role you will be supported by a great team and encouraged to be creative, allowing you to really enjoy your daily work, working collectively to ensure the highest standards are achieved at all times!
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a good, solid fresh food background.
Sea food experience would be ideal also, however this is not vital.
