Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department including Bar Operations, 2 Rosette Restaurant & Wedding/Function room
- Responsible for an elegant restaurant serving modern British cuisine
- Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager
- Work closely with The Head Chef to create an outstanding ambiance to promote the hotel
- Tea room serving afternoon tea
- Quaint bar serving residents
- Keeping the team up to date about departmental, hotel, and company activities through daily communications
- Develop a sales plan in line with the annual budget, maximising sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions.
- To develop an energetic workforce, with involvement in recruitment, learning and development, team engagement initiatives, and all other people management responsibilities.
