- Do you have at least 2AA Rosette experience and a passion for fine dining? Then become a Sous Chef at a prestigious fine-dining restaurant located in the stunning Woburn Estate. Known for innovative cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join an established kitchen team.

What we expect- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining environment working to at least 2AA Rosette
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-paced kitchen.
- Passion for exceptional food and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Assist in menu development with creative and seasonal dishes.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain cost controls.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
