- Do you have Michelin star or at least 2 AA Rosette experience? An opportunity has come available at a historic 14th Century building untouched since the 17th Century - Looking for the perfect candidate who can maintain and push standards.

What we expect- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Assist in menu development with creative and seasonal dishes.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain cost controls.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

- 9:30am / 11am starts dependant on rota
