- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance. Create and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Quality Control: Regularly review product quality, maintain high food and beverage standards, and manage supplier relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Financial Management: Control operational costs, manage budgets, and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Community Engagement: Promote the brand within the local community through events and partnerships.
