The award-winning AA Rosette restaurant serves a fantastic lunch and dinner menu using the best local produce available!
Role and Responsibilities
Joining this fantastic team, you will be working a mixture of straights and split shifts.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintenance and health and safety, training junior staff on sauce, breakfast and pastry.
You will be able to demonstrate leadership to motivate and inspire others and be able to assist Head Chef in creating seasonal menus using fresh, local produce, prepped daily and sourced within 30 miles.
Live-In accommodation is available - a single room in a shared house within short walking distance from the Hotel, at just £44 p/w all inclusive!
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Chef de Partie will have at least 1 years’ experience in this role, a minimum of 5 years cooking experience with a good knowledge of working with fresh food! Possibly having worked in a 3 or 4-Star Hotel, or a similar standard property at 1AA Rosette level or the equivalent!
