What we expect- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations and maintains excellent hygiene standards.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
