What we expect- Assist in the preparation and design of all food menus.
- Produce high-quality plates, both in design and taste.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets our quality standards.
- Fill in for the Head Chef when necessary.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Address and resolve any kitchen issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
