What we expect- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and updating menus.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the restaurant’s standards and hygiene regulations.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.
- Monitor stock and place orders as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and service.

- 55 Hours per week
- Split Shifts – 9am-3pm – 5:30-10:30pm
- Tuesday – Saturday working days
