What we expect- Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries.
- Assist in menu development and creation of new pastry items.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
- Supervise and train junior pastry chefs.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining environment.
- Strong pastry skills and a passion for dessert creation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
