What we expect- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu creation and presentation.
- Ensure the kitchen operates in an efficient and organized manner.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
