What we expect- Previous experience working with a pizza oven, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong understanding of pizza dough preparation, stretching techniques, and topping combinations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.

- 40-48 hours per week
- Live in - Small double room with kitchenette available within walking distance - Costs minimal for the local area TBC
