What we expect- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and passion for food, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.

- 48 hours per week
- Live in - Small double room with kitchenette available within walking distance - Costs minimal for the local area TBC
