Role and Responsibilities
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for running your section, aiding junior team members, ensuring all standards are maintained.
You will be responsible for menu development alongside the Head Chef and owner, ordering and stock control for the kitchen and all hygiene and HACCP standards being maintained.
You will have a strong background working at similar standards, with the ambition to be part of a dynamic and talented team.
