This is a fantastic award winning Oxfordshire Restaurant. With a 2AA Rosette restaurant offering Private Parties, Business Meetings and Weddings for up to 120 guests with a marquee over the terrace. An old fashioned Inn known locally to serve some of the best food and drink in the country. A very typical British Gastro pub style!
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this wonderful Oxfordshire Restaurant.
This is a great opportunity to step into a fantastic vibrant team in a great location - a place to enjoy your day to day working life!
Realistic hours per week are no more than 55, with a mixture of splits and straight shifts according to what is required, focusing on providing a good work life balance and aiming for a four-and-a-half-day week whenever possible!
Tips are shared between the staff equaling approx. £2000 per year!
Live-In accommodation is provided - a good standard of accommodation costing only £50 per week!
This is located above the restaurant and others on site, the price is all inclusive with good internet connection and meals on duty, making it a great affordable package!
The property has been the winner of Oxfordshire restaurant of the year on several occasions and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and beechwood walks.
This is an excellent company to work for, for an ambitious Chef de Partie who enjoys the high standards and can also gel with a good team.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal Chef de Partie will be passionate and ambitious with a strong background working up to 1AA / 2AA Rosette standards.
An enthusiastic, energetic person to join this small brigade of 5/6.
