Located in the picturesque Cotswold village of Bibury, the Hotel is part of a long-established group.
This busy 22-bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Courtyard & AA Rosette-awarded Brasserie welcomes residents and lots of visitors to the village alike.
It is a fast-paced environment which is seeing a steady increase in levels of business.
This Hotel also caters for approximately 45 weddings a year along with other events but has the benefit of a separate function kitchen.
Role and Responsibilities
We are recruiting for a motivated Chef de Partie with passion, flair and an eye for detail to join our busy, friendly Kitchen team here at The Swan Hotel.
Improvements are being made to the quality of food we are serving whilst balancing that with a happy, well rewarded stable team.
We have two distinct styles of food being served. Our Bar food served at Lunch in the Bar and Courtyard is the volume side of the operation where we want to see classic comfort favorites served in a smart way.
The Brasserie of an evening caters more to our residents, so we need to provide a more polished dining experience to a Rosette standard.
Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen.
