Company Details
A 300-year-old country pub overlooking the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park and perched on the outskirts of the pretty town of Petworth. The site offers a fine restaurant, private dining room, deli counter, a cozy and traditional bar with a fireplace and 14 cozy and comfortable bedrooms.
We are passionate about using seasonal, locally sourced produce in all our dishes. Our regularly changing menus are rich with ingredients sourced from our bountiful surroundings, including game, fish and British vegetables and herbs
Candidate Requirements
Reliable, conscientious and punctual
Has experience cooking from fresh
Has the confidence and ability to run a section smoothly
Takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares
Is mad about food and excited to learn new things
Is proactive and always busy at work
Able to adhere to company standards and procedures
Is willing to get stuck in wherever is necessary.
Can work closely with the Head chef to ensure compliance and responsible
