£22,000 plus £3000 tips per year!

A small boutique-style property with brasserie style 2AA Rosette dining experience! They also have a finer dining option over the road at a second site, with wines and tasting menus - more of a Michelin Star style affair. This has been widely recognised and well received. A stunning close nit family style team.
Role and Responsibilities
The Chef de Partie will be a crucial part in the running of the 2AA Rosette bistro kitchen, offer ideas towards the planning of the menu, deal with prep and look after sections - All prep for the fine dining venue across the road comes out of this kitchen!
There will be the opportunity to work on higher- end cooking for the other venue.
This is a creative role and a great opportunity to further develop and improve your skills as a Chef de Partie
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal Chef de Partie will be keen on finer dining, cooking all menu items from scratch and delivering a standard that is expected in a 2AA Rosette small restaurant. An understanding of good fresh food and brasserie style cooking is a must to fit in and hit the ground running.
Vibrancy, passion and energy are desired, with a potential to grow and develop. Working with a small close-nit team with a real company ethos which focuses on happy staff, happy customers and all-round happy business! Great learning potential with room to grow with the business, you will have plenty to learn to keep you interested, and each team member is a crucial part of the brigade.
If you are looking for a smaller team environment, yet still busy, with a mix of brasserie and fine dining F&B options operating to a high standard, then this will certainly be a fantastic opportunity to consider!
