A superb country pub with rooms situated in Totford, nestled in the picturesque Candover Valley, Hampshire.
Role and Responsibilities
The position would suit an existing supervisor or an experienced waiter / bar person ready to make the next step in their career.
The Ideal Candidate
Be reliable, conscientious, punctual and well turned out
Take pride in what they do and genuinely care
Lead by example and be proactive and always busy at work
Have at least 1 years’ experience in a busy, high-quality full-service pub or restaurant
Be comfortable behind the bar, have experience in cellar management
Have good food and drink knowledge
Cope well under pressure
Be able to adhere to company standards and procedures
Ideal candidates will have bags of drive, energy and a passion for looking after guests.
