Role and Responsibilities
- We are looking for an Assistant Manager for this busy Bistro & Rooms.
- The ideal candidate will be confident running a busy service, have the skills to manage and help train the front of house team and will take charge of the room and restaurant systems and bookings as well as getting involved with all aspects of running a busy restaurant.
- Working closely with the Restaurant owners, Front of House Manager, the kitchen team and all other members of staff to make sure each guest leaves feeling as though their expectations have been exceeded, maintaining and improving standards in all areas of the business at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be passionate with a strong background - a passion for good food and wine is essential and the drive to want to impress the discerning customers at every step of the way. In return, you will be part of a successful team, you will be supported, treated as an individual, mentored and encouraged to grow.
- You need a love of great food and dining out, you should be passionate about local produce, have an interest in wine and the skills to build and maintain great relationships with customers and the local community of Nailsworth.
- This is not a live-in role and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
