- A team of 18 Chefs in this property all together, the Executive Chef comes from a classically French trained background - The Kitchen uses seasonal produce, completely fresh with creative flavour combinations and they are always trying new things and are open to new ideas and switching things up. They really encourage creativity, allowing you to input ideas as specials to put on the menu, if it's a hit with the customers!
- The menus are changed quarterly with 45% of dishes changing for Summer and Winter months.

The Role & Requirements- The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a good fresh food background, if you have worked at Rosette level previously, this would be great, however not a deal breaker if you haven't!
- It very much depends on your attitude, passion and love for cooking, along with your desire to work hard alongside a great team, where you can develop further and grow with the business.
- As Junior Sous Chef, you will have the chance to see more of the management side of the kitchen with exposure to the ordering system, you will assist in building the menu, the planning of week to week business, working sections as well as a wider-spread role to support the team - being a direct link between the Executive Chef and the team.
