The Role & Requirements

• The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a good fresh food background, if you have worked at Rosette level previously, this would be great, however not a deal breaker if you haven't!
• It very much depends on your attitude, passion and love for cooking, along with your desire to work hard alongside a great team, where you can develop further and grow with the business.
• As Junior Sous Chef, you will have the chance to see more of the management side of the kitchen with exposure to the ordering system, you will assist in building the menu, the planning of week to week business, working sections as well as a wider-spread role to support the team - being a direct link between the Executive Chef and the team.
