We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join the team based at our venue in Burley. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum DOE, plus bonus and a comprehensive package of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.

- Available to work 48 hours per week including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and during busy holiday periods

- Own transport is essential due to location
Qualifications & Experience of our Senior Sous Chef:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Senior CDP or 1 year in a Sous Chef role at multi-sites or in a busy quality kitchen environment
- GCSE (or equivalent qualification) in Maths and English
- An NVQ Level 2 – Professional Cookery (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- An NVQ Level 2 – Pastry (or equivalent)
- A minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (Level 3 is preferable)
- An understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Procure Wizard (not essential, training will be given)
