- A 26 room Luxury Country Manor Hotel in the Cotswolds. 3AA Rosettes, 4 star accommodation. Casual and formal dining, offering guests high quality food and service.
A superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced and passionate about serving quality food. Experience of pastry is desirable.
You will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Junior Sous and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential.
Full time contract, salary depending on experience £38,000 - £39,000 DOE
About you:
- Have a genuine passion and knowledge of quality food
- Be a hands-on chef, taking responsibility for your their section whilst making sure the team is working together
- Help train junior team members, promoting learning culture
- Possess strong teamwork skills
- Promote a strong working relationship between the kitchen and front of house teams
- Have experience of working within a similar style kitchen
