Our client has a Grade I listed country house hotel in Kettering. We have been awarded 4 red stars and 3 rosettes by the AA, and strive to create and exquisite experience for our guests. Our venue specialises in high quality food and service, accommodating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and private functions, weddings and conferences.
For dining experiences we offer our Brasserie restaurant as well as our Fine Dining Tresham Restaurant, which boasts 3 rosettes and offer the highest quality of service. We pride ourselves on our professional and superb customer service and are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about matching these high standards.
Role and responsibilities
You will be assisting our F&B manager in supervising staff and overseeing the smooth running of our F&B operations. This is a varied position in which no two days will be the same.- Be polite and professional

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
