Our client is a small boutique-style property with brasserie style 2AA Rosette dining experience!
They also have a finer dining option over the road with wines and tasting menus - more of a Michelin Star style affair.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal Chef de Partie will be keen on fine dining and wine, but be understanding of good fresh food and the brasserie vibe.
Vibrancy, passion and energy are desired, with a potential to grow and develop.
Working with a small close-nit team with a real company ethos which focuses on happy staff, happy customers and all round happy business!
If you are looking for a smaller team environment, yet still busy, with a mix of brasserie and fine dining F&B options operating to a high standard, then this will certainly be a fantastic opportunity to consider!
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a good, solid background in a Bistro environment at similar standards!
Also, the chance to work on higher-end cooking for this other venue.
This is a creative role and a great opportunity to further develop and improve skills.
