A passion for fresh food is required and proven ability to cook modern, seasonal pub food is essential
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills and pass these on to the team.
The ability to work under pressure with a small team
A desire to build on the current trade levels whilst maintaining company standards
Ability to manage stock rotation and ordering as and when required.
Maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation and work areas.
Complying with all set out food hygiene regulations.
We are looking for a strong leader with great kitchen skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to motivate, and support a team is essential. A passion for fresh food is required and the ability to bring ideas to the table, to support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management. Some knowledge of Health & Safety is required.
