The vast gardens and Grade II Listed building provide a relaxing setting amongst beautiful surroundings!
Located just 5 miles from Tewkesbury and 9 miles from Cheltenham, there are public transport routes a mile away with an hourly bus heading towards Cheltenham, although the buses do stop running later in the evenings usually.
All food is fresh, everything is made in-house and you would be working with experienced chefs in a nice, happy environment, a great place to learn and develop your skills!
Candidate Requirements
Working with a fantastic team of 5 in the kitchen, the ideal Chef de Partie will be ambitious, bright and looking to develop their skills whilst working in a high standard venue with a good atmosphere serving high quality cuisine.
A fresh food background is ideal with a great attitude and eagerness to learn, working at a 2AA Rosette standard!
You do not need to have previously worked in a Rosette awarded venue, however a strong, fresh food background with good longevity in your past roles is ideal!
The ideal candidate will drive, have their own car as the public transport buses / stop after a certain time in the evening.
