Description
Role Details: 
40 hours
Mix shifts
Overall management of running service
Work with Co-Duty Manager to produce rotas / shifts 
Implement operating systems
Train and develop FOH staff
Running daily Z report and record keeping
Open / Lock up site
Ensure efficient running of FOH team 
A self starter with flexible attitude to work 
Highly motivated with high levels of energy
