45 hours
5 days out of 7 (9 hours per shift) Mix of straight / split
Be able to assist the Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, who can work closely with the kitchen and hotel managers, who is motivated by the dining experience and service we provide for our guests, and able to lead the team to provide the same standards. They should have a keen eye for detail and good organisational and rostering skills.
