Role:
Head Waiter / Waitress
£26 to £28,000pa plus £1,800 service
Experience preferable - 2 years waiting experience in quality restaurant- On a day to day basis plan, organise and direct the work of the Restaurant Team
- Lead by setting a good example
- Maintain staff efficiency and morale in the restaurant at the highest level
- Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
- Assist restaurant service to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the restaurant
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with telephone answering, reservations handling, welcoming guests, taking orders, billing, VIP guest management
- Learn and be fluent in menu ingredients, food preparations and special dietary requirements
- Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards.
