Live in – Currently unavailable
Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
Supervising and training junior kitchen staff to uphold our standards and maintain a cohesive team environment.
Collaborating with the culinary team to create and refine seasonal menus that showcase your creativity and innovation.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food cost controls.
Adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
Supporting the Head Chef in developing and mentoring team members.
