Shift Details: 4 1/2 day week
Live-In: Yes, £75 per week - Available in the local village
Organising and completing your work efficiently.
Working as part of a team & independently.
Reporting to senior staff.
Preparation of foods.
Stock rotation.
Section management.
Complete tasks delegated to you in a timely manner.
Ensuring consistency of preparation and presentation at all times, ensuring highest quality of food offered to all our guests.
At all times working in a clean, hygienic and safe manner, ensuring Food Safety Manual guidelines are followed.

Experienced at Demi chef or Chef de Partie level in a venue offering volume food at a high quality.

Willing to learn, and develop new skills, under the direction of a highly skilled, very experienced Head Chef.

Company:
The Restaurant is located in Chinnor and has recently retained a Michelin plate as well as continuing to maintain its 3AA Rosette service, with an aim to obtaining more. They have terrace dining available for guests, as well as catering up to 90 covers in their restaurant, along with providing a wonderful setting for functions. Furthermore, the cuisine served on site is of a 2-rosette standard and above with dishes centred on British and French cuisine.
