Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered in the Restaurant Areas.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that our guests are provided with friendly, professional, and unobtrusive service during their dining experience.
Consistently seize any selling opportunities to drive the business forward and exceed the budget.
Keep up to date and comply with liquor and license regulations.
Provide a higher level of guest service by operating the department in the absence of managers and supervisors.
Assist the Managers with the training of every team member.
Follow the training procedure for each team member and suggest any improvement.
Identify training needs within the waiting team.
