All about the feel, touch and flavour of food and ingredients. The company is looking to expand next year and is currently under development in the kitchen - This role is for a Senior CDP to find their feet and push towards a Sous Chef position as the current Sous Chef moves onto become Head Chef. This space is being made as the Current Chef Owner is taking a role outside of the kitchen now.
The team are hardworking, and there is no room for egos. The right candidates need to be passionate about working with good ingredients, cooking everything from scratch with consistency.
With the recent kitchen developments there will be more room for innovation, with new equipment and more space.
Humility, hard work ethic, energy and passion about Italian/ mediterranean produce are all key attributes required to succeed in this kitchen team.
