- RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are looking for a full-time RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our team at
Goldsborough Hall in Knaresborough.
You would be working 5 days over 7, across both weekdays and weekends.
Own transport is essential due to our rural location.
Salary range - £32K to £35K per annum depending on experience.
We are looking for passionate Restaurant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operation of our 3 AA Rosette Dining Room, and to ensure the restaurant delivers excellent quality and service standards.
Duties/Skills will include: -- Excellent verbal communication and strong people skills are required
- Professional attitude with a polite and friendly demeanour is essential
- Ability to work within a team and individually as required
- Good timekeeping is essential
- You will oversee the running of the restaurant delivering impeccable service
- You will be responsible for the restaurant team and lead by example, creating a positive working environment and encourage career development
- You will organize day to day allocation of work and communication meetings with your supervisors
- You will oversee the standards of appearance/grooming and cleanliness of all staff on your team
- You will participate in Food & Wine training
- You will ensure the profitability of the restaurant, with an efficient, effective, and professional management approach
